Training is considered one of the most significant priorities and directions
of the company due to its effect on developing the employees’ performance and
improving their skills which reflects directly on the quality of service
provided for the clients.
Training
courses provided by the company, aside from developing the administrative and
technical skills, aims to spread the culture of training, continuity of learning,
improving weaknesses in performance or skills. Consequently, the employee shall
be illegible for a promotion of a higher position or even transferred to a more
fitting job suiting his acquired skills during in the training.
The Training
and Development department in the HR sector sets an annual training plan
according to the company’s training needs determined by analyzing the Annual
Performance Appraisal and coordinating with department managers.
All needs in
such appraisal are used in finding training-based solutions to be applied
throughout the year in the company’s training headquarters in cooperation with
specialized training centers.
All
salaries are calculated based on the gross salary of the employee before
deducting all the deductions made by law and legislations such as taxes and
social insurance. The salaries are transferred to the banks affiliated to the
company on the 28th day of the month.
