You will have your first performance
review at the end of your first 3 months (probation period evaluation),
thereafter your performance appraisal will be conducted annually.
Performance appraisal will be
completed by your line manager during one-to-one meeting to discuss the results that shall be reviewed by HR team. factors
considered in your performance including the quality of your job, attendance,
dependability, attitude and compliance with company’s policies and procedures.
Also Performance appraisal results
are the main pillar that controls the salary increase and promotions to ensure
healthy employment cycle and granted quality of service.
Daily working hours are 8 actual
hours, according to the company’s different operating systems.
